Delivery is available across Pakistan, with the full order total shown before you place your order.
Delivery fees
Orders over Rs. 3,500 qualify for free delivery. For smaller orders, the applicable delivery charge is shown in your bag and at order review. No delivery charge is added after your order has been placed.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is the available payment method. Your order is marked unpaid until payment has been collected and recorded. We do not ask for card details at checkout.
Order updates
Use a valid email address and Pakistani mobile number at checkout. Order confirmation and, when sent by our team, preparing, shipping, delivery and cancellation updates go to that email. Tracking details are included when available.
Timing and service availability
Processing and courier times depend on the destination and service availability. Contact us for an estimate before ordering if you need a parcel by a specific date. We will contact you if a delivery detail needs clarification.
