Return and Refund Policy

At Organic Blend, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of personal care and organic products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

Products can only be returned or exchanged if the customer receives a wrong item, damaged item, leaked product, or incomplete order. The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery through WhatsApp or email with clear pictures or an unboxing video as proof.

Opened, used, damaged by customer, or partially consumed products cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons. Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging to qualify for replacement.

Refunds are only processed after inspection and approval by Organic Blend. In most cases, eligible claims will be resolved through replacement or exchange.
